How Amprisen products are made
Amprisen Technology Co., Ltd. is a B2B EV charging solutions provider based in Suzhou, China. Product design, configuration engineering, quality control, and series production are handled within our own group: Amprisen products are manufactured at our group’s own factory, giving distributors and OEM clients direct factory pricing, engineering access, and single-point accountability from specification to shipment.
Manufacturing capability
- Five intelligent SMT production lines managed under an MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Annual production capacity: 100,000 AC EV chargers and 8,000 DC fast chargers
- Workforce of around 500, including a 50+ engineer R&D team
- In-house EMC laboratory, in operation since late 2025, for electromagnetic compatibility testing during development and pre-certification
- New production campus of nearly 40,000 square meters under development
Finished-goods warehousing and export packing are handled on site, supporting mixed-container shipments and distributor stock programs.
Quality and certification
Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and IATF 16949:2016 automotive-grade process control. Recent third-party certifications include DEKRA certification for EV charging products (2025) and TUV Rheinland CE-LVD certification for 500W and 1000W micro energy storage products (2025). Certification for specific charger models (CE, and market-specific routes such as RCM for Australia) is confirmed per model and per market during project configuration — ask us for the current certificate set for your target market.
OEM / ODM cooperation
Amprisen supports OEM and ODM programs covering model configuration, branding, documentation, and certification routing. Distributors and charge point operators can specify connector standard (Type 1 / Type 2 / GB/T / NACS planning), power level, OCPP backend requirements, RFID or app authorization, and market certification needs; our engineering team translates these into a production specification executed at our own factory.
